know everything we know about the Diamond Ice Prints Product and leave

- DOES MY SUB-LICENSE HAVE A PROTECTED TERRITORY?
A: Yes. If you open a Diamond Ice Prints location, no other store will be
permitted to open in your defined territory.

A: The majority of the items sold will be sourced from the Diamond Ice
Prints warehouse in Orlando, FL. Your retail inventory will include what
is sold in our company owned stores: the same high-quality merchandise,
the same merchandising system.
- HOW MUCH IS THE SUBLICENSE FEE?
A:
The Sub-License Fee can be as little of $100,000 USD in the State of Florida. Both domestic and international pricing can vary depending on location and territory.
The initial
investment includes our custom vacuum heat
press, modified dye sublimation printer and inks, 600 pieces of
assorted
sized glass and all additional consumables to support those 600
pieces. All subsequent consumables
to be re-ordered through Diamond Ice Prints.
- WHAT IS THE TERM OF THE SUBLICENSE AGREEMENT?
A: The term of the sub-license agreement is two (2) years.
- WHAT IS THE CONTINUING ROYALTY FEE?
A: There is no continuing royalty fee.
