Due to the nature of our product, we do not allow for returns. If your image meets our photographic guidelines the product should be satisfactory. If your product is damaged in shipment, contact our customer service department and we will ship a replacement using the image we have on file from this order.
If your product is damaged in the future, don't worry. We offer a replacement of your Diamond Ice Print(s) for 50% off the regular price. Just return the damaged print to us to qualify for this return program.
